New Zealand: We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 to ALL New Zealand addresses inc Rural. For orders under that amount there is a fixed fee of $5.

International: We only ship within New Zealand & Australia.

Orders placed and paid for before 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 4pm may still be shipped same day depending on order volume, but if not they will be shipped on the following business day.

What can I use my Discount Code on?

Percentage (-%) Offer Codes:
Discount codes that offer a percentage (-% ) off discount are on a per item basis and cannot be used on item/s that are marked as On Sale or are already discounted in price. These items will be clearly marked on the store. You can however use percentage (-%) discounts on any item that is not On Sale or discounted in price.

Cash Off (-$) Offer Codes:
Fixed cash (-$) off discounts are applied to your purchase total, so this cash value will be deducted from your order total and not the item/s itself.

Free Shipping Offer Codes:

What Coils do i need?

You will find on our coils pages a list of all the devices that coil is compaitble for on the product image itself as well as in the overview tab. Alternatively if you check the coil type inside your device on the coil iteself or in the manual that is in the box of your device. If you are travelling in New Zealand and do not have a permanent address you can still purchase with us online and arrange to have your tracked parcels delivered direct to one of over 180 Parcel Collect locations nationwide! These locations include any NZ Post Shop, Countdown Supermarkets, or Z Energy Petrol Stations. To use this service please visit NZ Post by clicking here and sign up for an account. Make an order on our website and use the collection address you want your order delivered to.

What is the best starter kit?

We have a lot of great starter kits. For beginners we recommend The Aspire PockeX Kit or the Aspire X30 Rover Kit. They are both great beginner kits and a popular choice with new users.

What is the cost?

The costs of electronic cigarettes vary depending on the type. Most beginner kits range from $20-$70, intermediate kits usually cost between $60-$120 and advanced kits costs $100 upwards.

In terms of the maintenance cost, it is relatively low. The only items that need to be purchased on the regular are; replacement coils (a 5 pack will usually last you over a month) and your preferred choice of eLiquid.

Frequency of purchase is dependent on you personal use, as the higher the voltage the less the lifespan of the coil head will be and the faster you will go through eLiquid.

How do I use the products?

The majority of our beginner products are very straightforward to use and have online videos as well as instruction booklets that are useful should you need some help.

Can I Travel or Fly to/within New Zealand with my Eliquid, E-cigarette or Vaporizer?

If travelling to/within New Zealand - Yes you can - New Zealand is fine with you traveling with your eliquid and vaporizer as long as you meet the travel guidelines:

1. Keep all vaporizers / mods / batteries / tanks in your carry on luggage when traveling at all times. (This is mainly due to battery safety on board the aircraft)
2. On international flights; Individual eliquid bottles must not exceed 100ml (The same for all types of liquids on board a flight) place eliquid in your carry on luggage.
3. If asked what any of your kit or eliquid is, tell the truth. Its not illegal in NZ to use or travel with any vape related items.

For traveling outside of New Zealand the rules are generally the same but its always best to double check with your airline or research online according to your destination.

What is MTL (Mouth to Lung) - DTL (Direct To Lung)?

Mouth To Lung - Vaping with a coil resistance of 1.0ohms and higher will create a hit of vapour inhaled to your mouth which best simulates smoking a real (analogue) cigarette. This is why Starter Kits are basic devices with MTL hits because simulating the same hit as smoking is the best way for someone to kick the habit for good.

Direct To Lung - Vaping with a coil resistance lower than 1.0ohms creates more vapour and requires more power from your device. The increased hit of vapour goes directly to your lungs and can be compared to big draws from shisha.

Can i collect my order in person?

We operate as an online ONLY store, so all orders will need to be purchased online and therefore shipped to an appropriate address. We are committed to remaining an online only store; for many reasons, but mostly to keep our prices low to keep our customers happy!

What nicotine strength should I choose?

As a beginner coming from cigarettes, we would recommend Med 12mg strength. This is to mimic the harshness of a cigarette and also to provide you with a similar amount of nicotine that you would be used to. For heavy smokers we would recommend High 18mg. If you are wanting to Direct to Lung / Sub Ohm vape we would recommend a max of 6mg of nicotine but preferably 3mg or lower.

What are the ingredients in eLiquids?

• All E-Liquid consists of Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, flavourings, nicotine 
• Some Juices are 100% VG which means they contain no Propylene Glycol.
• Max VG does not mean there is no Propyene Glycol in the juice

Propylene Glycol (PG):
- Propylene Glycol is high quality pharmaceutical grade, in combination with the nicotine and flavours this gives you more of a throat hit.

Vegetable Glycerine (VG):
- Glycerine helps to produce more vapour and holds more flavour. VG is thicker in

Is nicotine harmful?

On it’s own nicotine has never been shown to be harmful through scientific research. Much of the negativity surrounding nicotine stems from it’s combination with tobacco cigarettes.

How long does a bottle of E-Liquid last?

A 10ml bottle should last you approximately 2-4 days, A 30ml bottle should last 7-10 days. This is for an average user. A standard tank has a 2ml capacity and this often lasts a whole day for the average user. This is all of course subject to how much you vape and what type of device you use. The higher the wattage the faster you will use the eliquid.
