Are you still shipping?
Yes, we are dispatching parcels as normal nationwide through Alert Levels 2-4. Our online store, dispatch & warehouse as well as our customer care services will remain open throughout.
To limit physical contact - All deliveries will be contactless and parcels will be shipped No Signature Required nationwide. This means your courier will knock first on arrival, step back from your door and place your parcel on the ground for you to collect. If no one is home to collect the parcel the courier will leave your parcel in your letterbox or at a safe spot on your property.
Will there be shipping delays?
We expect some delays for deliveries, so please be patient if there are, especially to the Auckland region. During a lock-down there is an increase in online shopping, there are more parcels moving around the country and less staff working in sorting centers due to social distancing measures for staff safety. The combination of the 2 causes delays across the network, so please be patient if your delivery is delayed.
Will couriers still deliver?
Yes, Courier & delivery services are classified as essential services during Levels 2, 3 & 4, so there will be no issues getting your parcels from our warehouse to your door.
