We offer fast delivery to anywhere in New Zealand. Below you will find answers to the frequently asked questions in regards to our shipping carriers, and estimated delivery times.

We ship nationwide across New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

As a general guide, shipping to metro addresses will cost no more than $4, and rural addresses no more than $8. Your exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Important: If you do not complete age verification through our online system, a $1.90 fee will apply at checkout. This covers the cost of using a signature-required, age-restricted delivery service.

You must be 18 or older to shop with Caktus Vape. We have two options for you to verify your age. Please see below:

Verify NZ Driver's License or Passport
Instantly verify your age using official NZTA and NZ Passport databases to receive parcels with No Signature Required and no need to show Photo ID on delivery. Log in to verify your age or create an account to get started.

Verify on Delivery by Photo ID
A $1.90 Age Restricted Service Fee applies at checkout. Your courier will check your photo ID and require a signature upon delivery. If no one’s home, the parcel goes to your local depot, and a card will be left for you to collect or rebook delivery.

NZ Post has a target delivery of 1-3 Business Days, it's usually overnight to metro areas Monday to Friday. Some outer city suburbs and regional/rural areas may require additional days for transport.

All targets listed on our website are in business days. Weekends & public holidays do not count as shipping days allocated to the target delivery period as the network is not operating. All delivery targets on our website are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. Your target delivery period begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email and your order has been dispatched not from the time/date you place your order.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed and paid for before the dispatch deadline below will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after may still be shipped the same day depending on order volume, but if not they will be shipped on the next available business day.
