Note: Provided there’s a safe place to leave your parcel, we reccomend you select the (No Signature) option at checkout. This will help your courier deliver the parcel the first time. The Courier will scan the parcel so there’s still an accurate proof of delivery. This means you won’t need to pick up your parcel from a local depot if no one is home to collect, helping limit physical contact.

Verify on Delivery by Photo ID

If you don't have an Age Verified Caktus Vape account an Age-Check On Delivery sticker will be applied to your parcels. The courier will verify the age of the receiver by Photo ID on delivery, and only deliver to a person aged 18 years or older & require a signature. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be taken back to your local depot and a card left for you to collect or arrange a re-delivery.

Pacific Islands

Delivery Times

NZ Post - Overnight Delivery 
Orders shipped on Overnight Delivery have a target delivery of the next business day (overnight) to metro areas Monday to Friday. Some outer city suburbs and regional/rural areas may require additional days for transport.

NZ Post - Saturday Delivery 
Orders shipped on Saturday Delivery have a target delivery of Saturday (before midday). This service is not available for regional/rural areas. Please insure that your address can accept a Saturday delivery by verifying your address on the NZ Post website.

DHL Express - Pacific Islands 
Orders shipped to the Pacific Islands or South Asia via DHL Express (Fiji, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, New Caledonia) have a target delivery of 3-10 Business Days. For remote locations extra days can be added for transit times.

Most city/town addresses in New Zealand are considered metro including most outer suburbs. Remote areas including regional/rural areas can take additional days for ground transport. All delivery targets are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delayed transit times due to the courier networks systems. 

If your area zone is unknown to you, we recommend you check your area coverage directly with your chosen shipping carrier. 

Please be advised that on all shipping targets the allocated timeframe is based on business days ONLY (weekends and public holidays do not count as a shipping day allocated to your target delivery) The Target delivery begins once your order has been dispatched, not from the time you place your order.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed and paid for before the dispatch deadline below will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after may still be shipped the same day depending on order volume, but if not they will be shipped on the next available business day.

NZ Post - Orders are dispatched at 2:00pm

DHL Express - Orders are dispatched at 1:00pm
